The Griffin Law Charitable Foundation was created by our founder to support national and international charities that fit with the Foundation’s ethos and pre-established requirements. Each month, the trustees of the Foundation meet to discuss how to dispense up to £1,000 to good works that may benefit from our funding.

Melanie is a friend of Donal Blaney’s and is running the London Marathon to support and fundraise for Folly Wildlife Rescue – a charity that meant a lot to her late father and still does to her mother.

Anton is a client of Griffin Law and is running in the London Marathon on 21 April to raise money for Abel Child Africa which is a charity that supports children with disabilities in East and Southern Africa.
These children are four times more likely to experience physical violence or sexual assault, and twice as likely to never attend school. Anton has seen first-hand how disabled children are treated if they do not receive the emotional and physical support they need as he spent time working in Zambia in recent years.

Kent MS Therapy Centre
Kent MS Therapy Centre aims to improve the quality of life of people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other health conditions including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue/ME, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, diabetes, and long Covid.
They do this by providing non-invasive therapies (such as physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, gym and group exercise, oxygen therapy and complementary therapies, counselling which improve symptoms and help people manage their condition long-term. Our members also benefit from the social connections, support and opportunities created by our Centre, including volunteering and social and fundraising events.
The Centre is asking The Griffin Law Charitable Foundation for a general unrestricted donation which will go towards the direct costs of providing therapies as well as ensuring that we have heating, lighting and well-maintained facilities in which to welcome our members and carry out our activities.
