Mark is a Director at Griffin Law. He trained at Griffin Law and has been working in our dispute resolution team ever since. He is particularly skilled at dealing with commercial and insolvency matters, having dealt with dozens of cases since qualification. Mark also has expertise in the use of third-party litigation funding.
He graduated from the University of Surrey in 2007 with a degree in Law.
A keen sportsman, he plays local football and is the chairman of a cricket club in the Kent Regional League.

- acted for high net worth individual in partnership arbitration dispute
- acted for M&E contractor in high value adjudication, in respect of extension of time and subsequent liquidated damages
- acted for a minority shareholder in relation to an unfair prejudice claim in national hire business
- acted for a petitioner in relation to the winding up of professional football league club
