Rose is an experienced commercial litigator, having worked previously with a well-regarded boutique London litigation firm and a national firm which deals predominantly with public sector clients.
Rose has dealt successfully with numerous commercial matters, including contractual disputes, settlement agreements, and tax and trust disputes. She also has considerable experience in dealing with complex, high-value multi-party and group litigation, often involving parties in other jurisdictions.
Rose is pragmatic in her approach to resolving disputes, and will consider carefully the options available to her clients, working with them to understand their aims and concerns.

Rose acted for almost 700 Claimants, who were the beneficiaries of various trusts, in a successful claim against their former trustee for breach of trust. - Michael Ward & Ors v Katharine Anne Savill [2021] EWCA Civ 1378
Rose acted for multiple Appellants in the trial of a complex preliminary issue regarding the effect of declarations in subsequent asset tracing claims.

- Acted for various Police Forces in a high-value contractual dispute with a supplier.
- Successfully negotiated a settlement on behalf of a client whose funds were unlawfully held in the trust account of an escrow agent, which had gone into liquidation.
- Obtained a settlement for over 60 clients in a claim against the Police.
In her spare time, Rose enjoys cycling and walking her dogs.
